Shipping
All materials come from Germany and to minimize costs, most orders are shipped directly from publisher to customer.
Prices listed on our website are for materials only and DO NOT include shipping (except “Menschen”). Shipping charges are calculated based on order quantities and delivery destination. The final cost of sale including shipping will be disclosed for approval before any payments are accepted or charges made.

Return Policy
- Return privileges are granted on most materials up to 50% of each set ordered, authorization from German Book Haus required.
- Note: All returns must be in original condition: i.e., unused & unopened
Returns must be made within 1 year of date of purchase.
